Ultimately, the goal for all of our patients at Family Physiotherapy Clinic is to reduce pain, regain full mobility and range of motion and function to improve your overall quality of life. We have a fully equipped gym. We will create a home exercise program for you, complete with pictures and videos.
With Manual physical therapy, Physiotherapists use their hands to treat soft tissue and mobilize and manipulate joints to decrease pain and increase movement. At Family Physiotherapy Clinic, we believe that Manual Therapy is an important aspect of the overall treatment of any acute injury or longstanding dysfunction.
Pediatric physiotherapists are professionals who have a broad range of skills in order to work with a developing child. At Family Physiotherapy Clinic, we have many years of pediatric experience, and will create a plan for your child which includes your involvement. We work with children with such needs as: muscle and joint dysfunction, neurodevelopmental delay, gross and fine motor skills, sensory issues, balance and co-ordination, play based learning skills, functional activities of daily living, adapted or specialized equipment. Therapy is designed with social, cognitive, communication, motivation and emotional needs in mind.
